The survey asked respondents a series of questions, including about their backgrounds (e.g., if they are parents or caregivers of deaf or hard of hearing children; if they are professionals who work with deaf or hard of hearing students; if they are both parents and professionals, including those who are caregivers). The survey also asked respondents to select from a list of 14 barriers which ones they believe might prevent deaf and hard of hearing students from achieving their potential.
