Video Production

Submit a Creative Service Request Form

The creative services require project manager or client’s prospects to fill out a request form to gather some basic information and provide a deadline date. Project manager or client can upload any files to the form. The form requests 3 days advance notice.

(Please add “Time sensitive” to the message when it’s a special situation)

Set a Pre-production

The creative services manager schedules a pre-meeting before assigning to a videographer to discuss through email. It would be expected to gather as much information as about the project manager or client’s expectations.

Before this step, the creative services need supervisor to review and approve video script.

Translate English into ASL gloss if necessary.
