The survey asked respondents a series of questions. This includes their backgrounds, which starts with asking them if 1.)  they are a parent or caregiver of deaf or hard of hearing children, 2.) a professional who works with deaf and hard of hearing students, or 3.) both, a parent-professional (including those who are caregivers). The survey also asked respondents to select from a list of 14 barriers that they believe might prevent deaf and hard of hearing students from achieving their potential.
