Clerc Center Webcast FAQs
Q: I need a step-by-step guide on how to register and access the webcast. Do you have anything for me?

Q: I cannot watch the webcast at 1 p.m. (EST). May I watch the webcast at another time?
A: The webcast is pre-recorded and can be watched at your convenience any time after 1 p.m. (EST).
Q: I already have an account in the Clerc Center Online Community. Do I need to create a new account?
A: You do not need to create a new account. However, you need to join the discussion group to view the webcast and participate in the discussion.
Q: I have registered for the webcast but am now being told I have to register again. Why is that?
A: Our registration process is a two-step process. Step one is to register. Step two is to sign up in the Online Community, where you can watch and discuss the webcast.
Q: Do I have to join the Online Community to see the webcast?
A: No, you don't. We will also send a separate YouTube link on the day of the webcast for those who decide not to join the discussion.
Q: How long is the webinar?
A: The webcast is 50 minutes long.
Q: How long will the discussion last?
A: The online discussion will stay open and moderated from 1 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, November 28, until 5 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, November 30, 2017.
Q: Are CEUs available for this webcast?
A: We are not an approved provider for RID CEUs at this time. We will be issuing Certificates of Attendance to all registrants who complete the webcast evaluation.
Q: Will the video be archived or available for viewing after the Online Community discussion?
A: Yes, the video will be archived on the Clerc Center website on Friday December 1, 2017.
Q: Is the video available in American Sign Language or spoken English?
A: All Clerc Center webcasts are fully accessible in American Sign Language, spoken English, and written English (captions and transcript).
Q: If I am experiencing technical difficulties, whom do I contact?
