Establish or develop outreach and dissemination strategies and plans based on input
Design engagement process to ensure BIPOC perspectives are included in initial product concept, product design, and dissemination strategies to ensure relevancy to BIPOC audiences
Work with BIPOC individuals to ensure resources are disseminated in ways that reaches these communities
Intentionally expand our pool of trainers to increase the number of BIPOC professionals
Design evaluation process to determine if the needs of BIPOC families and professionals are being met with products, training, and outreach efforts

About the Clerc Center
The Laurent Clerc National Deaf Education Center at Gallaudet University is a federally funded center with exemplary elementary and secondary education programs for deaf and hard of hearing students and is tasked with developing and disseminating innovative curricula, instructional techniques, and products nationwide while providing information, training, and technical assistance for parents and professionals to meet the needs of deaf and hard of hearing students from birth to age 21.
