Phase 1:

• Design product review process to ensure existing resources are accessible and reflect a culturally informed perspective
• Develop rubrics / evaluation tools for new product development, presentations, and consultation work
• Intentionally seek and disseminate innovative strategies for culturally responsive instruction
• Please note: Strategies listed above will likely continue beyond Phase 1

Phase 2:

• Seek BIPOC perspectives on the outreach strategies that best meet their needs
• Establish or develop outreach and dissemination strategies and plans based on input
• Design engagement process to ensure BIPOC perspectives are included in initial product concept, product design, and dissemination strategies to ensure relevancy to BIPOC audiences 
• Work with BIPOC individuals to ensure resources are disseminated in ways that reaches these communities
• Intentionally expand our pool of trainers to increase the number of BIPOC professionals
• Design evaluation process to determine if the needs of BIPOC families and professionals are being met with products, training, and outreach efforts

Phase 3:

• Review progress and establish next phase of Equity Plan
