  • Include BIPOC perspectives in product review with social justice and equity lens
  • Intentionally seek and disseminate innovative strategies for culturally responsive instruction
  • Seek and include diverse perspectives for resource needs, design, and outreach
  • Intentionally expand our pool of trainers to include BIPOC professionals
  • Work collaboratively with BIPOC individuals to enure outreach to these communities
