I learned how to use the computer, check the students' homework, and sign the books in and out.

I learned a lot about my job like how to use a copying machine, handle the students and discipline them.

What did I learn about my job and what did I like about the job?

I learned that I have to be patient with the kids and treat them equally. I liked my job because I get to make friends with the kids and they remind me of myself when I was younger. I have always wanted to be a teacher for deaf children but after starting this internship I am not sure because they are hard to handle. However I learned to be assertive with them.

I learned that handling the kids is not easy. I also learned how to use computer. What I liked about this job is I get to go out during recess and it is great experience for me because I want to have children in the future.

I learned that taking care of the kids is definitely a big responsibility for me. Being patient with the kids is hard. I never saw young kids using ASL so I liked seeing them signing.
