Make your check, money order, or purchase order payable to the: Clerc Center—PRP and mail it with your order.

When you order, please remember to:

• Provide complete billing and shipping address(es) and a daytime telephone number
• For each item ordered, indicate quantity, stock number, title, and price
• Include a purchase order number, if applicable
• If using MasterCard or VISA (for fax and mail orders), include charge account number, expiration date, name on card, and signature
• Provide a street mailing address (required for shipping via UPS).
  

Purchase Orders
For all purchase order sales, an original, signed purchase order must be sent to the Clerc Center.

Due to size and weight, some items use a flat rate for shipping. See the product page for more information.

International Orders
Non-U.S. orders must be fully prepaid in U.S. currency.

Delivery Schedule
Please allow 30 days for delivery. Non-U.S. orders may take a little longer.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from this catalog, you may return the item in resalable condition within 10 days of purchase arrival for full credit. Materials cannot be sent for review.

Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or was damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately at 800-526-9105. All defective merchandise will be replaced promptly.
