Attention 2007 MSSD Graduates and families of graduates!
Where are the graduates of the MSSD Class of 2007 and what are they doing?
The Laurent Clerc National Deaf Education Center wants to stay in contact with its graduates. One way we do this is by asking the MSSD Class of 2007 graduates to share with us their current transition information. For example, we'd like to know what our most recent MSSD graduates are doing now, several months after they've left MSSD. For example: Are graduates working now? Are graduates looking for a job? Are graduates continuuing postsecondary education? Are graduates receiving vocational evaluation or training services?
How can the 2007 MSSD graduates and their families help?
Arriving in the mail by August 27th, 2007! All 2007 MSSD graduates will be sent a mailing to their home that includes a return addressed postage paid envelope. It would be very much appreciated if graduates or family members would please fill out the information requested on the form and mail it to Gary Hotto before September 11, 2007.
If the mailing is delayed or missing, or if preferred, graduates or family members can contact me to share the requested information directly at: gary.hotto@gallaudet.edu; ph: 202-651-5504 (v/tty); fax: 202-651 5435.
Mailing address:
Program Monitoring and Evaluation
Kendall Demonstration Elementary School
800 Florida Avenue, NE
Washington, DC 20002-3695
A Reminder! We encourage all MSSD graduates/alumni to add their names, e-mail or current address, phone number (v and tty) and news about themselves to the MSSD Alumni Directory (see sidebar) and to share this webpage address with MSSD friends: http://clerccenter.gallaudet.edu/mssd/alumni/index.html It's an easy and rewarding way for MSSD alumni to stay in touch with each other and with other friends at the Clerc Center.
Thanks very much for your help and good luck to all graduates!
Sincerely,
Gary Hotto
