Nicenet provides for free a communication tool that provides online conferencing, personal messaging, document sharing, scheduling and link/resource sharing to a variety of learning environments. Moodle is a free content management system (CMS) which can be used to create an online learing community. InstantWebQuest is a web based software for creating WebQuests in a short time. When you use InstantWebQuest, you will not need any of writing HTML code or using any web editor software. InstantWebQuest creates all the necessary files and puts them into the server free. phpWebQuest is free educational software for writing WebQuests in a short time.
