Learning Experience Accumulation Program (LEAP)
The Learning Experience Accumulation Program (LEAP) is a comprehensive program guide that offers structured activities and training workshops at different stages of student development so that upon graduation, students will have acquired essential knowledge in areas of independent living skills.
Cooking, personal safety, finding and getting jobs and apartments, banking, investing, and buying a car, are a few examples of activities and workshop topics provided under LEAP.
In addition, apartment training is provided under LEAP in which students receive instructions in nutrition, health, money management, and maintenance, thus fostering the knowledge of living independently.
LEAP emphasizes residential students' continuous growth and is developed according to the needs of the students. Each grade level has its own benchmarks, transition skills, and workshop themes.
