Fall Showcase
Snow White and the Seven Dwarves
Matinee performance: November 6 at 10 a.m.
Weekend performances: November 7 and 8 at 7 p.m.
Synopsis:
In Josif Scheiderman's adaptation of this classic Grimm's fairy tale, he creates a new storyline where some of the characters are deaf. Scheiderman, who is directing the MSSD production, is a deaf performance artist originally from Leningrad. He has directed and performed in many shows in both Russia and the United States.
Tickets:
$5 – adults
$3 – college students, senior citizens with I.D., MSSD, and KDES teachers and staff

Winter Dance Concert
Jive Afrique
Matinee performance: February 12 at 10 a.m.
Weekend performances: February 13 and 14 at 7 p.m.
Synopsis:
Audiences at the winter dance concert have come to expect an outstanding array of dance performances. This year's deaf and hearing choreographers, MSSD dancers, and guest companies will showcase a wide variety of African-inspired dances.

Spring Play
Grease
Matinee performance: April 30 at 10 a.m.
Weekend performances: May 1 and 2 at 7 p.m.
Synopsis:
Who can resist the upbeat energy of the famous Broadway musical Grease? Middle- and high school-students will love this adaptation of the rock-and-roll favorite about high school life in the 1950s. Directed by MSSD student Ormar Rodriguez.
