Summer Camps for Deaf
and
Hard of Hearing Children
The following list identifies camps, family learning vacations,
and remedial clinics for deaf and hard of hearing children. Some programs
are designed for the entire family. Most camp programs require a small
application fee to accompany the completed application. Contact the camp
sponsor directly for more information about their program.
TTY is a common acronym for text telephones, devices that enable deaf
and hard of hearing people to type conversations over the phone. This
publication uses the code T for text telephones, V for standard voice
phones and F for facsimile (fax).
If you are aware of other camp programs for deaf and hard of hearing
children that are not on this list, please email Clearinghouse.Infotogo@gallaudet.edu.
This list will be updated as new information reaches Info to Go. If you'd
like to be notified when this page, and other Clerc Center Web pages,
are updated, please
