The VR process involves: application for services, evaluation for eligibility, determination of eligibility, writing and accomplishment of the Individual Plan for Employment (IPE), follow-along services, and case closure. VR counselors work with clients to determine the appropriate services needed to attain the agreed upon job goal as written on the IPE.
