HELP! What do I do if. . .

I have a problem with a computer, printer or other hardware?
Send email to karen.kautz@gallaudet.edu immediately and explain the problem as specifically as possible including location (room#) and computer# or hardware#.

I want to use the scanner/digital camera but don't know how?
Contact Bill Humm for training individually or with your team.

I want training on Microsoft Office programs, email, or Contact Logs?
Contact Bill Humm for an appointment.

I want my kids to correspond with students in another country or school via email?
Contact Julie Longson or Rosemary Stifter and they can train your students on email and contact other schools to set up an email exchange.

I don't know much about technology but I want my kids to use the computer for a project or class activity?
Contact Julie Longson or Rosemary and they can help you with planning, with training, and in the classroom.

I don't have a computer at home but I want to create a PowerPoint presentation over the weekend?
