“Yell at Litterers”

Now I will tell you about yelling at litterers. Well, I don't mean to yell at people who litter. I mean if you see someone who litters you have to say something to them but in polite way, you know. People who litter outside on Earth can really ruin the global environment. I really hate to see world filled with a papers and many other stuffs that people litter. I really want Earth to be pure and clean, and I want to stop the litterers. Now I will tell you my three reasons why.

Why should I yell at litterers because I think it is right to yell at litterers? I really don't mean to yell at people who litter, I mean yell at them in a polite way. For example, if you see a man throwing a paper on grass, you can walk up to that man and tell him to pick that paper up and throw it in the real trash not grass. It is better than yelling. Then you and the man get mad together instead. Same with you will not like seeing Earth with a dump thing on land. Now in the world more people do litter. I know that must stop right now or things on Earth will get worse if people continue littering. Victorian councils paid over $50 million for to sweeping on the streets, taxes go a little up because part of paying to cleaning on the street. It is lot of money cleaning the litter on ground. It will be sad if people continue littering.

How to stop people from littering? I want people to recycle more instead of throwing outside and being lazy. Recycling is an easy way to save the planet. You can just get like 3 big enough boxes; you can label the boxes paper, glass, aluminum and can have more to recycle. How to let people know to recycle? You can advertise about stopping littering and changing to recycling. You can speak for your rights to have no littering. One good thing about the law that was just created: if cops see you litter then they can fine you like $300. Some people did interview with some people who litter all the time. They said they don't care because they are just too lazy to recycle. Recycling isn't hard because you can just save papers, metal, glass, or aluminum then you just drive to a recycle place and put it away. Many people who care about recycling want litterers to stop being lazy to recycle, but people can't force people who are lazy to recycle.

Litterers really need to stop. I wish litter would never exist. People who care about recycling need to make a strong effort to make people stop littering and start working more on recycling things. I don't understand why people don't care about the world looking ugly with litter. I really don't want Earth to look so ugly in the future so people should stop littering right now. You people, please stop littering because it can really ruin the planet's global environment.
