Gallaudet National Contest: ASL Essay Rules
- Entrants must be no older than 19 years old and no younger than 9 years old at the time of submission.
- Essays should be submitted in Quicktime (.mov) or Audio Video Interleave (AVI). They should be saved in this format to a DVD or CD; do not convert them to the DVD/CD format. (If entrant does not have access to Quicktime or AVI, Mini-DV tapes will also be accepted.)
- Essays must be at least 2 minutes and not exceed 3 minutes. (Please do not submit ABC, number, or handshape stories as these will not be judged.)
- Entries must be mailed or hand-delivered between September 1, 2009, and February 5, 2010, to:
